Absolutely loved our first experience here. We truly enjoyed talking with the owner, George, and hearing how proud he was of his children, who all seem to be exemplary chefs! Our server was very friendly, and took good care of us. The food was...amazing. We ordered the meatball appetizer, and were scraping the plate to get the remainder of the cheese and sauce. For entrees we ordered the cedar plank salmon, and the short ribs special. Out of this world flavor, and tenderness, for both plates. We ordered both cheesecakes for dessert, and while they were both delicious, the chocolate won. We left extremely full. We can't wait to come back and try the pizza and pasta!

Palm Bay has a new standout restaurant, and it’s family-owned — which you can feel in every detail. Jolie American Bistro delivers an experience that’s both elevated and comfortably relaxed, the kind of place you immediately want to return to. From the moment we sat down, the service set the tone. Cody was attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure we enjoyed our evening. The owner, George, even stopped by our table to check that everything tasted perfect — a personal touch you rarely see anymore. We started with the BUTCHER’S MEATBALLS and warm, homemade focaccia bread — both rich, comforting, and clearly crafted with care. For dinner, the PAPPARDELLE BOLOGNESE was deeply flavorful and perfectly sauced, while the PORK MILANESE was crisp, tender, and beautifully balanced. We finished with the award-winning chocolate cake, which took 1st place at the annual Zonta Club of Melbourne Chocolate Festival for Brevard County — and it’s easy to see why. From the moment we walked in, this place felt warm and welcoming. What an amazing place! We started with the burrata and tomato salad with focaccia bread on the side. Excellent. There were three of us and we each had something different. Pasta Alla, Genovese, pork Milanese, and cedar plank salmon. Each dish was beautifully presented and had absolutely amazing flavor. I felt like I was sitting in a high-end restaurant on South Beach. This place really ups the game for Palm Bay. I highly recommend it. Currently they have beer and wine only but he is working on getting his liquor license for a full bar. They also are having special events with different themes. This restaurant will definitely be on our short list rotation of places to dine.

Wow! This place is amazing. Had family in from Miami that wanted to experience something different this trip instead of the usual places I take them. Thought I'd give this place a shot. 100% did not disappoint! Our server Heather was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, willing to make the guest experience what it should be when you dine out. We had focaccia bread and meatballs for appetizers. I could have eaten both by myself, they were so delicious. We also ordered the cedar salmon, crispy shrimp Po-Boy with fries, pesto chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries and the Mount Vesuvio pizza. Everything was amazing and very fresh. This bistro is a must try for everyone close to the area. Can't wait to go back.

I’ve been wanting to try Jolie‘s American bistro restaurant for months, and I finally made it happen… And WOW, it did NOT disappoint! We made reservations and went in early, and from the moment we walked in, the vibe was perfect. This place is truly top-notch. It’s family owned by father and his two sons from Miami Beach and you can taste the passion in every bite. I ordered the cedar plank salmon with asparagus and potatoes – absolutely delicious! Around the table, we had a mix of two pizzas and two pasta dishes and every single one of them was a hit not one complaint (and there were seven of us). Then the experience got even better… The owner, George, came over and shared his story about winning an award as a chocolatier!! Since we hadn’t ordered dessert, he surprised us with three of his best desserts: ✨Award winning chocolate cheesecake ✨Classic Cheesecake ✨Tiramisu Let me just say… Every single one was incredible! Huge shout out to our waitress, Nicole, who took amazing care of our table all night – friendly, attentive, and own point the entire time. This is officially my new favorite spot.
